Decent app, slow support

I bought Art Text for a small project. The app itself is pretty good for creating cool text effects, and it's fairly easy to learn. I did have an issue with one of the export options not working right, and it took about three days for customer service to get back to me. They did eventually help me solve it, but the wait was a bit frustrating when I was on a deadline. The price was fair for what it does, and it works with my Mac. Overall, a useful tool, but support could be quicker.

Good for home design
